With over 30 years of musical experience, Alwyn serves as Founder, Music Program Director, and Lead Instructor. He brings expertise across jazz, classical, contemporary, and gospel — with a profound grasp of music theory, mastery of multiple instruments, and a fervent dedication to teaching that cultivates talent and fosters creativity in students of all ages.
Shaniek Bleeching
A versatile professional with a background in psychology and education, Shaniek serves as Director of Operations, Marketing, and Student Support. She combines her passion for education with a commitment to excellent customer service — instrumental in supporting MPES's educational initiatives and keeping the organisation running smoothly.
Kareem Little
A dedicated music tutor with a strong passion for helping students build confidence, discipline, and technical skill through music. Kareem specialises in acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass guitar, and keyboard/piano, working with students of varying ages and skill levels.

- ✓ Proven experience teaching students of all ages & levels
- ✓ Comfortable with online lessons via Google Meet
- ✓ Reliable internet connection & professional setup
- ✓ Patient, encouraging, and student-centred teaching style
